Aluminium turning

Among other materials, A&B also machines aluminium for the aluminium turning processes in order to produce aluminium machined parts.
The most commonly requested aluminium alloys in A&B, and within the turning industry in general, are the Avional 2000, Corodal 6000 for components to be found inside products for the industrial production lines, in the aerospace, automotive, construction, electronic, hydraulic and moulding industry.

Aluminium is increasingly popular thanks to its great mechanical properties, for its high corrosion resistance and for its low unit weight. Furthermore, its lightness positively impacts the system where it is used positively affecting consumptions and weight of the product itself.

In the field of aluminium turning, A&B can perform all kinds of machining operations on aluminium. We follow strict guidelines for all the different aluminium families, according to their machinability characteristics, in order to guarantee a high quality result and, upon request, a high aesthetic surface.
Our goal is to satisfy even the most complex requests regarding cnc aluminium parts, thanks to the several possibilities offered by CNC machines: from automatic to mechanical spindle lathes, both for aluminium turning and other kinds of machining.
